For the last 6 years, I have played soccer 1-4 times per week, every week. I used to get pulled muscles all of the time in my legs, mostly calf and thigh muscles, which would put me on the sideline for 3-4 weeks at a time.
I always tried to figure it out, well maybe I'm not stretching enough before.
But again, when I changed my diet, I can say that I have not pulled a muscle since. Plus I actually stretch less before a games, which I am not proud of.
So I have to relate this to my body being less acidic.
Also, I've only been sick once in the last year and a half. And that was mostly cleansing....when I have more time I will talk about that.
