Day 23, 178 pounds.
I must say that i have a little bit of egg on the face and am letting down my readers. I've basically maintained my weight, when I challenged that i would lose 10 pounds. i can only attest it to one thing... well a couple of things... but the main thing is exercise. I'm barely getting in 1 day of fitness per week by playing soccer.
When I lost the 35 pounds before, I was running to the gym and getting a full workout in three to four days per week. But my lifestyle was different then. Now I have 4+ soccer teams and basically working three full time jobs. But anybody can complain. It's no different than having a job and a family and a day packed.... how do you fit fitness in?
I believe either you are part of the problem or part of the solution.
One thing Tony Robbins preaches is "NET" time, meaning "No extra time." What can I do while i am exercising that will contribute to my "to do" list?
That's the question I pose to myself and pose to you today.
For example, during exercise, can you : learn a new language, books on tape, motivational cd's, affirmations, plan the day, call your mother during your walk, or call one friend per day that you usually don't have time for, the list goes on.....
