Day 4 - 176 pounds

176 pounds. But I am still not convinced. Actually fat cannot be lost that fast.

Here's a good article that I found about how weight can fluctuate daily.

Why the Scale Lies

To sum up the article:
The less water you drink, the more water you retain. Basically your body doesn't know whether you are going for a hike in the Sahara desert or lunch with friends. So the body says, "Hey, I'm going to hold on to some of this water, in case we end up running out of water."

How do you know when you are not drinking enough water?
A dry mouth is the last outward sign of dehydration.
If you are thirsty, you are already dehydrated
A severely dehydrated body produces orange or dark urine. Somewhat dehydrated - yellow urine. Carefully hydrated body produces colorless urine.

Excess salt can cause water retention.
Women may retain water prior to menstruation
Stored glycogen.

Give your body the fuel and resources it needs. You take care of the body and the body takes care of you.

Also, thanks to all of the people who have been supportive and found this interesting read. If you get at least one thing out of this, that would be awesome.
