One thing you need to know is that rebounding gives you power! I’m trying to explain why below, but am getting bogged down with the technicalities, so I just want to give it to you as I know it, and back it up with some science below.
Lymph nodes are cells that go through your body and clean out all of the garbage that you body creates.
For some reason, these little guys need help taking their junk to the junk yard empty out so they can consume more waste to clean the body. Kind of like your vacuum bag… or even the canister in the famous Dyson.
The best way to do this is by massaging the little guys with a rebounder (see below), you gently bounce up and down, and this squeezes all of the bad stuff out of them. Then it is up to you to drink plenty of water to cleanse these out of your system.
My gym has one. They will save your life. These little guys eat cancer cells. Help them.

One way to increase your energy and increase your health is by Lymphasizing. That is to cleanse your cells.
It’s really simple to do and you do it by rebounding.
What is a rebounder? It is a small trampoline that you bounce up and down on.
The purpose of the rebounder is to massage your lymph nodes.
But first, what is Lymph?
Lymph is a clear liquid, known as plasma that travels through your body’s arteries, circulates through your tissues, delivering vital nutrients, and then drains through the lymphatic system.
Lymph nodes are like the virus protection on your computer.
They are the filters along the lymphatic system. Their job is to filter out and trap bacteria, toxins, wastes, trapped protein, dead blood cells, viruses, cancer cells, and other unwanted substances, and to make sure they are safely eliminated from the body. You can also think of them as the garbage truck of the body
The key here is to know that if lymph can get overwhelmed and cannot dispose of the garbage. This may happen for a couple of reasons.
Because trash is coming in faster than it can quarantine and dispose of it.
Because the lymph nodes do not have enough energy do their work. This can also be called a deficiency of force.
One person in my health group was rebounding 30 minutes per day while watching television and related this one act to a surge in his energy.
This happens because when you rebound, you flood the cells with oxygen. This enables them to convert glucose into ATP and also into glycogen. Thus, rebounding can actually increase your ability to convert glucose into glycogen.
