Tomatoes.....WOW!

Yesterday morning I ditched the banana and had a roma tomato instead.

It was a juicy sucker, so I had to eat it in the kitchen (not while driving). To make it simple, I washed it, then ate it like a boiled egg. Starting at the top, keeping the juices in, and sprinkling a little salt before eat bite. Celtic Sea Salt that is.

I played pick up soccer after that, and I never had that much energy! Wow. After eating the tomato, I was already charged, feeling the energy, and really proud of myself for being so disciplined.

I'm not sure if I can totally relate all of the energy to one little roma tomato...but I'm going to continue eating this every morning and see if I can get the same results.

I don't totally understand the alkalinity scale, but per ounce of tomato, it's alkalinity rating is 13.3. compared to asparagus at 1.1.
