Day 10 - 178

No change in weight or waist size. Like my friend Schroeder says in Vegas while gambling, "A tie is a win," True at the blackjack table, but not so fun in soccer or weight loss.

I have not been exercising because of lack of time. So I will add that to my arsenal. Starting tonight with my weekly co-ed soccer match.

16 days to go. I still have time to make some significant losses in my weight and belly. Well mostly my gut, but those go hand in hand.

So my cousin emailed me a few days ago and told me that she has been eating like this for years. She'll have the cookie if it's good enough and just make up for it later. She's stayed thin since we were kids, even after two children.
