I just remembered this as I was driving this morning. (This is why I need three weeks+ to document everything.
When I lost the weight before, I put a little notecard on my scale with my desired weight outcome posted on it.
Which leads me to my upcoming topic which is... to integrate some visualization and The Secret methods this time around. Heck with doing this all on my own, I need some help from the universe. This will include spending time visualizing my ideal weight and boy as well as posting photos of a fit body. I'll write more about it later.
