It is said to drink half your body weight in ounces of water per day. So when I am 170 pounds again, I should be drinking 80 oz. of water per day.
Sip water throughout the day.
A person actually gets dehydrated and toxic while sleeping, so drink water first thing in the morning.
Always drink it before eating to support the digestive system (I forgot about this).
Do not drink too much water at once. It can kill you! It's called Water Intoxication.
