Here is a Reuters article that states that studies prove that those who keep a journal lose twice as much weight as those who don't.
Lose twice as much weight.
It is a fact that the world's most successful people keep a journal. Not a only a journal where you complain about your life... but one where you document your successes and your results (positive and negative).
