To burn fat, you need to consume fat. What? This took me a long time to understand. But as I said in a previous post, either you can have permanent fat cells to surround the acid, or temporary cells. To completely eliminate fat from your diet is the worst thing you can do.
The truth is that fats are very important to our diets and and overall healt; the secret is to know which fats are healthy and which will kill.
The following fats are essential fatty acids: Omega 3 and Omega 6. Your body must consume these fats to survive.
Good fats that lubricate the body:
Udo's oil (health food stores, refrigerator section), flaxseed oil (Trader Joe's), olive oil, Avocado (I eat one of these per day!), Fish oils, Nuts such as almonds, hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds - all raw.
Most people think that Avocados make you fat. On the contrare, they have the good fats that help lose weight.
