I'm cutting bananas out of my diet.
I only started eating them in the last 8 months because they were convenient, healthy and pre-packaged. But i didn't eat them when I lost 35 pounds.
Here's what I was turning a blind eye to....
Large banana - 121 calories, 16.6 grams of sugar
Not far from:
Butterfinger candy bar (60g) - 271 calories, 29 grams of sugar
Instead, I am switching to a Roma Tomato - 11 calories, 1.6 grams of sugar
